Solar control window Films or Tinted Window Films can be applied to your windows to reduce Solar heat, glare and harmful UV rays. Great if you have an area that gets unbearably hot in the Summer time.

 

Depending on which of the Tint shades you prefer, light, medium or dark, you will get varying degrees of protection and solar reflection. Lighter films will give you minimal loss of natural light, but along with that comes less Solar reflection and heat reduction. With the darker tint, comes more light loss, but greater solar and heat reflection.

Please note: Solar window films are not recommended on Triple Glazed units and are best fitted to glass that is Toughened or Tempered (look for the Kite Mark in the corner). If in doubt, check with your manufacturer's recommendations.
